We currently offer delivery to Mainland UK only.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email. You will receive a second confirmation email once payment is received and your item has been shipped


Delivery of standard items is charged at £5.95  and will typically take up to 5 working days to reach you, however we will always try to reduce this timescale for you.

Delivery of particularly large and/or fragile items (eg. Large furniture/Mirrors) will incur a larger delivery fee of £19.95

We hope you’re in love with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, here's what you need to do.


To request a return please email us at within 14 calendar days of purchase. Please include in the email your name, order number and photograph(s) of any issue (if applicable), along with a brief explanation of why you would like to return your item for refund/exchange.

All returns must be sent with proof of postage at your own expense, and we are unable to refund the original delivery cost, unless of course the item is faulty.

We offer a full money back guarantee, provided your return meets a few standard requirements.


To be eligible for refund or exchange, all products must be in their original condition; 

  • Undamaged

  • Showing no obvious signs of use

  • Packed in its original packaging


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that we’ve received it, and informing you of of the approval/refusal of your refund request.



If your request is APPROVED, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. This should take around10 working days. If you have paid for delivery of goods received, this amount will not be refunded.


In some cases, refund requests may be refused:

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Any article that is not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts (for reasons that are not due to our error)

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after purchase

In these cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) subject to our discretion.


Faulty Items

We try our upmost to securely pack your items, however in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit with our courier, we ask that you notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt of parcel - please include photographs of the issue.



We’ll try our best to replace any item we can, however in some cases this may not be possible due to stock availability. In such cases we will offer a full refund so long as the item meets the requirements listed above.
